OUR MISSION
Good health to last a lifetime
We’re fixing a broken system
We need to stop using yesterday’s solutions to solve tomorrow’s problems.
The evidence is undeniable – long wait times, rising out-of-pocket costs, inefficient systems, out-of-date attitudes, issues of access... the list goes on.
These problems are alarming on their own, but these points of friction are turning into real pain for patients. Chronic condition groups are continuing to trend upwards at an alarming rate. This means the number of healthy years we have are declining.
Clearly, the system is failing us, so we’ve decided to fix it.
The future of healthcare is about prevention, not just treatment
As medicine advances, it’s becoming clear that preventative healthcare (managing issues before they have a chance to develop) should play a key role in how we care for our patients.
By treating existing health conditions early, and even identifying a person’s risk of developing a chronic condition, we can improve our patients’ health spans.
Metabolic disease is a problem worthy of our attention
Obesity and diabetes are two of the biggest health concerns in the world, and the problem is only getting worse.
We believe our digital model of care is uniquely equipped to treat conditions like these.
So we’re expanding our offering to treat more complex, chronic conditions, because we know this is where we can make the most difference.
We’re making global impact
We believe everyone deserves access to high-quality healthcare, no matter where they live.
We currently provide care in Australia, the UK, Germany and Japan, but that’s just the beginning.
Eucalyptus is going global in an effort to deliver quality care and unlock better health outcomes for billions of patients.
We’re building a better future for healthcare
Since 2019, the Eucalyptus team has...
Facilitated over 1 million practitioner consultations worldwide
Given 70,000 Australians in rural and regional areas access high-quality care
Helped weight patients lose over 683,000 kilos globally
Diagnosed over 1000 patients with pre-diabetes and diabetes
Saved Medicare $40 million (so far)
Supported patients in 4 countries across the world
Patient advocacy
We see our patients as people first, and we want them to receive the respect and resources everyone deserves. Our teams have been behind several advocacy campaigns and partnerships.
We Need More Leave
In 2022, Kin ran the #WeNeedMoreLeave campaign in an effort to raise awareness around miscarriage and encourage businesses to support at least 10 days of paid miscarriage leave.
Ultimately, 89 businesses across Australia signed up, impacting over 11,00 employees for the better.
TIACS Partnership
Since 2019, Pilot has partnered with TIACS (This Is A Conversation Starter) to offer men the mental health support they deserve.
TIACS provides free counselling and mental health support via call or text. By providing funding, Pilot is doing its part to improve mens’ mental health.
Breast Feeding Friendly Spaces
In 2023, Kin campaigned again – this time in an effort to normalise breast feeding in public and sign up businesses as safe spaces for breast feeding mums.
So far, more than 42 business across Australia joined the BFF Movement, creating dozens more places for women to breast feed or pump without worry.
