About the role (What you'll be doing)

You’ll own our social media strategy end to end - developing and executing content, channel, and engagement plans that drive audience growth and tie directly to our brand goals.
You’ll be hands-on in producing standout content, from filming and editing short- and long-form videos to creating thumb-stopping reels and static posts.
You’ll be the voice of our brand across social platforms, engaging with communities, sparking conversations, and building a positive, trusted presence. Success will be measured not just by reach and engagement, but by how social impacts brand perception and digital performance.
You’ll work closely with growth, product, SEO, and PR to make sure our content amplifies broader initiatives and feels fully connected across the business.

About you (Who you are)

You have 3-5 years of experience in organic content strategy and social media marketing.
You know the ins and outs of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and stay on top of platform best practices
You’re a visual storyteller with hands-on skills in video production, photography, and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva)
You’re confident using analytics tools to track performance and optimise content for growth
You understand how to build and grow communities, and know how to tap into UGC and influencer partnerships
You bring an understanding of SEO for social content to improve reach and discoverability
You can plan strategically, manage calendars, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable impact
You thrive working cross-functionally, keeping projects moving in a fast-paced environment
You love creative problem-solving and jump on new trends with curiosity and agility
