Pharmacist (Fulfilment), UK

Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

  • This role will be based in our Birmingham pharmacy and operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (~45 hours per week).
  • Acting as the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure all regulatory requirements are being met at all times
  • Carrying out clinical checks on electronic prescriptions issued by our prescribers
  • Providing remote clinical advice and support to patients and colleagues
  • Working in tandem with the warehouse fulfilment team to ensure daily prescription order targets are always met
  • Developing SOPs and delivering staff training to meet premises standards

About you (Who you are)

Skills & Experience

  • Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
  • Must have at least 1 year’s post-qualification experience
  • Must have experience of high-volume pharmacy operations
  • Must be tech-literate - we use the latest digital tools to run a modern, paperless digital pharmacy service
  • Ideally, you will have some experience of working in digital/online pharmacy services
