About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, organised individual to support the management and growth of our global e-commerce shop operations.
As a Shop Operations Specialist in our broader Operations team, you can expect to work on a range of inventory management and back-office system design tasks to support & build our e-commerce shop offering as we grow internationally and scale our e-commerce product range. You will work collaboratively with the Eucalyptus Operations team in Manilla & the UK.
What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
- Product Onboarding: Coordinate and execute the setup / upload of new products in the shop system, ensuring all necessary product descriptions are properly configured
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels across all SKUs and identify products at risk of going out of stock. Support forecasting activities by monitoring sales trends and identifying patterns
- Stock Ordering: Raise and manage Purchase Orders with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels
- System Quality Control: Verify accuracy of product listings and ensure consistency across the platform
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to product listings, inventory discrepancies, or system errors
- Supplier Coordination: Liaise with suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and any issues
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams
About You
- Highly Organised: Ability to manage multiple products, brands, and processes simultaneously with accuracy
- Data Analytics Expertise: Strong technical data management, reporting & analytics skills. Able to interpret sales data and trends to support forecasting and inventory decisions
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and standard business software (Excel/Google Sheets, etc.)
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure product information is accurate and inventory records are precise
- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
Your Experience
- 4+ years experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, retail buying, or similar roles
- A degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component - such as business, finance, computer science, engineering, or mathematics
