- 130% YoY revenue growth and 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
- Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program.
- Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
- Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan
About the role (What you'll be doing)
- Practitioner engagement. Own our engagement strategy for a 100+ strong practitioner network. Build trust, align on goals, and support high performance to deliver quality care.
- Shift management & forecasting. Lead workforce planning and rostering across brands. Use data and cross-functional input to ensure practitioner supply matches patient demand.
- Team management. Manage our Manila-based ops team, providing the structure and support needed to run a reliable consult operation day to day.
- Performance & insights. Track key metrics using tools like Metabase, and turn insights into actions that improve availability, reliability, and overall patient experience.
- Process improvement. Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and prepare systems to scale.
- Project ownership. Drive operational projects end to end — from planning to execution. Roll up your sleeves to build and optimise systems that have real impact.
About you (Who you are)

Experience
- Bring ~5 years of experience in operations, consulting, startups/scaleups or similar fields.
- Are confident with data, structured thinking, and operational systems.
- Communicate clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Like solving problems, owning outcomes, rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
- A passion for start-ups, healthcare, and using technology to improve services.
- Have experience managing people and know how to lead with clarity and empathy.
- No clinical experience is necessary, this is an operations role.
