About Eucalyptus

We’re on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We’re here to build better long-term care.

Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Our Growth Story:

  • 130% YoY revenue growth and 90% reduction in cash burn, with $100M+ raised from investors including BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree.
  • Scaled to over 100,000 monthly active patients across our weight-management program.
  • Grew the UK patient base from 4,000 to ~40,000 and received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS.
  • Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan

About the role (What you'll be doing)

Eucalyptus is seeking a highly capable and systems-minded Operations Accountant to drive efficiency, automation, and operational excellence across our finance stack. This opportunity centers on building scalable, robust, and automated finance processes that empower teams and enable growth.

You’ll be the SME in finance transaction processing systems—including NetSuite—and work cross-functionally to streamline accounts receivable, accounts payable, treasury (including intercompany funding and bank reconciliation) processes. You will partner closely with our global Tech, Operational, and Commercial teams to ensure Finance is a frictionless enabler of growth.

This role sits at the intersection of operational process design and financial insight. It's perfect for someone who loves building elegant solutions, thrives on automating routine workflows, and wants to scale their impact globally.

  • Receivables, Payables & Treasury: SME of financial part of order-to-cash (accounts receivable) and Intake-to-Procure-to-Pay (accounts payable) processes, and ensure all transactions are timely, accurate, and compliant.
  • Intercompany Transaction Management: Oversee intercompany receivables, payables, and internal funding flows, ensuring seamless and orderly funding across global entities.
  • Expense Controls and Empowerment: Driving a sophisticated expense management process balancing controls and efficiency in tools such as Weel and AirWallex, engage with stakeholders and deliver services that create an exceptional internal customer experience.
  • G/L(Expense accounts) Monitoring and Month-End Closing: Perform live-time review and monitoring over expenses accounts, support and streamline month-end close of Bank, A/R and A/P related accounts, ensuring efficient, transparent, and accurate completion of financial reports.
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Drive ongoing enhancements of finance systems and processes in relation to Financial Operations, targeting automation to eliminate manual workflows and unlock scalability.
  • Operational Process Design: Analyze and redesign inefficient workflows to improve simplicity, accuracy, and reporting speed, especially around transactional finance and controls.
  • Documentation & Risk Reduction: Create and maintain process documentation and knowledge base, train stakeholders, and establish controls to reduce operational risk and ensure long-term scalability.
  • Business Partnering & Collaboration: Serve as the primary finance touchpoint for commercial and operational teams and collaborate with teams in Finance to ensure finance adaptability to new business initiatives, clean integration and high-value insights from financial data.

About you (Who you are)

  • 5+ years’ experience in Finance Operations, Transactional Finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or D2C Consumer Products environment.
  • Strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany workflow management.
  • Deep familiarity with ERP systems (ideally NetSuite), automation tools, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and implement scalable finance changes that reduce manual workload and increase transparency.
  • Experience in engaging with and developing transactional finance teams and internal stakeholders relationships.
  • High attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and a mindset focused on simplification and accuracy in all operational routines.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, map out processes, and design scalable solutions for complex global finance workflows.
