Lead Product Manager
About Euc
We’re making good health last a lifetime
More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.
Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.
Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.
Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:
- We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
- Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.
What’s next?
We’re now entering the next chapter for Juniper: building a preventative health ecosystem for women that goes far beyond weight management.
Over the next year, we’ll expand beyond weight management into three powerful new layers of care:
- Diagnostics that bring science and data to the forefront, helping women truly understand what’s happening in their bodies.
- New areas of women’s health like menopause and hair loss, creating a connected suite of offerings that support her through every stage of life.
- Curated commerce, offering evidence-backed products and tools that extend care beyond prescriptions into everyday wellness.
Together, these will form a personalised, clinically grounded, and deeply human platform that redefines how women experience healthcare.
The Lead Product Manager for this Ecosystem will play a central role in bringing this to life, shaping how these layers connect into one seamless experience. This is a rare opportunity to help design a new kind of healthcare system - one that is preventative, data-driven, and built around women from the ground up.
If that gets you excited, let’s talk!
About the role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help build this next chapter for Juniper, expanding from a single weight management program into a connected ecosystem of products and services.
This role sits at the heart of that transformation. You’ll lead 0→1 builds in new areas like commerce, diagnostics, and women’s health, experimenting fast to find product–market fit, then scaling what works into revenue-driving businesses.
You’ll also help design the unifying layer that ties it all together, creating a seamless experience that lets patients move effortlessly between care, products, and services.
It’s a rare mix of strategy, experimentation, and hands-on building. You’ll move fast, make high-judgement calls, and work with world-class teams across design, engineering, clinical, and commercial to bring bold ideas to life.
In this role, you will…
- Drive 0→1 product development across new verticals, from early experimentation to full-scale launch
- Shape how we connect diagnostics, commerce, and care into one cohesive patient journey
- Translate insight into action, using data, research, and intuition to prioritise what matters most
- Partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship fast, elegant, patient-first solutions
- Balance ambition and rigour, testing scrappy ideas without losing sight of the system we’re building toward
About you (Who We Are Looking For)
You’re an experienced Product Manager who thrives in ambiguity and loves building. You’re equally comfortable sweating the details of an MVP as you are architecting the system that will power it at scale. You move fast, think clearly, and make high-judgement calls that balance user value, commercial outcomes, and long-term vision.
You’ll excel in this role if you…
- Have 5–8 years of product experience in high-growth tech, ideally across multiple domains or business models.
- Are a builder at heart. You’ve launched new products or business lines, not just features.
- Are data-driven and commercially minded, using evidence to guide intuition and define success.
- Know how to align diverse teams - engineering, design, ops, and clinical - around a shared outcome.
- Care deeply about craft and impact, creating experiences that feel effortless but deliver measurable results.
Bonus points if you…
- Have worked on consumer or commerce products with strong engagement mechanics
- Are passionate about women’s health and preventative care
- Have scaled early products into sustainable, multi-layered systems
