Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role (What you'll be doing):

Our influencer channel is one of our fastest growing growth channels and we’re looking for an influencer manager who excels in relationship building and creative to help us take the channel to the next level. This is a unique fast paced role which blends performance, influencer and creative to see outsized returns for a business that changes lives daily.

  • Source new creators and secure high-profile talent who authentically align with brand values.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from sourcing and negotiations to content review and performance analysis.
  • Write clear, inspiring, and actionable creative briefs for influencers we partner with, ensuring content aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Review influencer content drafts and provide constructive feedback to optimize for engagement, performance, and brand safety.
  • Act as the key relationship owner for influencers and talent agents, fostering long-term partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy, identifying emerging talent, platforms, and content formats.
  • Bring a forward-looking perspective to campaign planning, ensuring innovation and competitiveness.

About you (Who you are):

  • 3–5 years of influencer marketing or talent management experience.
  • Established and extensive network of managers/agents or Influencer contacts
  • Strong negotiating skills and management of individual campaign Influencer budgets well into the six figures.
  • Analytical mindset with strong experience evaluating content performance metrics.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once.
