This is a high-impact, senior leadership role where you’ll act as a strategic advisor to the business - building scalable hiring strategies, optimising delivery, and shaping the future of talent at Eucalyptus. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Talent and collaborate deeply with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to ensure our people strategy supports our global growth ambitions.

Talent Leadership & Operational Delivery

About you (Who you are)

  • Experienced Talent leader with a proven track record in scaling high-growth, product-led, or tech-enabled organisations.
  • Strong communicator and influencer - able to partner confidently with senior and executive stakeholders.
  • Data-informed and commercially minded, balancing operational rigour with strategic foresight.
  • Experienced in leading and developing managers and senior recruiters, with a focus on coaching and empowerment.
  • Deep understanding of hiring across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
