More than 1 billion people globally live with obesity, a significant leading indicator of many preventable chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Eucalyptus is the company behind Juniper, one of the world’s largest weight management programs combining GLP-1 medication with a tailored nutrition and exercise programme, supported by our multidisciplinary care team of prescribers, health coaches, dietitians, nurses and pharmacists.

Our published clinical research demonstrates that our combined approach to weight management and lifestyle change increases the likelihood of our patients losing significant weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times.

Since launching, we’ve grown fast to support millions of patients. In the last 12 months:

• We grew the size of our patient base by 10x in the UK, received selective NICE endorsement for our holistic approach to obesity management, and grew our team from 50 to 200.
• Globally, we grew revenue by >120% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree - early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe, Uber and Airbnb.

In 2025, we are charting the path to support hundreds of thousands of patients while launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventive healthcare ecosystem.

About the role

As Eucalyptus expands into new markets and products, we’re focused on solving the right problems, the ones that create meaningful value for our patients, our teams, and the business. To do this, we need people who can bring clarity to complexity, connect the dots across teams, and move fast with purpose.

This is where the Chief of Staff to the VP of Operations comes in.

In this high-impact role, you'll lead mission-critical projects. Owning initiatives end-to-end. You'll tackle complex problems, align cross-functional teams, and influence. Acting as a key partner to the VP of Operations, you’ll  help shape strategic decisions and unlock opportunities playing a key role in how we scale

You’ll thrive if you’re someone who can turn ambiguity into action; spotting opportunities, solving complex challenges, and driving measurable impact. It’s not about taking notes or running an OKR spreadsheet. It's about impact- delivering initiatives and owning projects that matter, accelerating our most important work.This role offers an incredible opportunity for someone who’s eager to grow as a future business leader and enjoys tackling complex problems with confidence and creativity.

What Success Looks Like?

• Within 3 months: You’ve taken the lead on a meaningful cross-functional project and seen it through to execution.
• Within 6 months: You’re the person colleagues turn to for solving complex challenges that don’t have a clear owner.
• Within 12–18 months: You’ve demonstrated strong leadership and are ready to take on broader responsibility—potentially leading a business unit or function.

Experience:

• Background in consulting or IB strategy
• Exposure to high-growth environments ideally in D2C or digital health.
• A track record of leading complex projects independently and delivering real outcomes.
